I have been practising across the institutions of art, education, cinema, media arts and television since the late-1960s and have film and video artwork in archives and collections in Europe, Australia, North and South America. I have a Masters of Fine Art (1st Class Hons) from the College of Fine Art, University of New South Wales; and a PhD from the Creativity & Cognition Studios at the University of Technology Sydney, having received an Australian Postgraduate Award to investigate the precept of visual mnemonics in the development of tools for creative viewer interaction with digital moving images.
